This beautiful Loves Park home is only three years new with all the upgrades.  The homeowners did everything right.  The finishes and selections made when the home was built are neutral, beautiful, and will appeal to many.

The home is q-tip clean and still feels like new construction.  However, now that it is time to sell, the new construction look can be both positive and negative.  Positive because the home has been extremely well cared for, not cluttered or use of personal paint colors, etc.  So WHY do you need to bring in a professional home stager

For the same reason builders stage their spec homes or condo developments stage their models.  WOW FACTOR!  Staging can bring in the drama and warmth that appeals to potential buyers.  Professional staging presents a lifestyle in which potential buyers aspire to.

Here are a few of the before/after photos.  It is still the seller's furniture, just repurposed slightly and Simply Staged Inc. rental accessories added to what was already there.

Michele ~ The WOW is there now!  The master bedroom especially was boring and uninviting -- but not any more!

OH MY!! What a tremendous WOW!! Your staging made a huge impact on this home!! Gorgeous work Michele. The brown and the earth tones really added so much warmth and so did all the textures you added.

Thank you Lewis and Lori!

Thank you for the kind words and the feature Kathy!

Thanks Maureen and Donna S. & Donna R.   Those were my two favorite room transformations too at this home.

Thank you Cathy.  I like the challenge of working in an occupied home as I enjoy showing the seller new ways to showcase their belongings or add to what they already have.  Gives them ideas they can take to their next home and they feel like they can implement them since we didn't bring in all new furniture etc.

Thank you for your kind words Michelle!

It's not just the change in the rooms, it's also the improved photography that made a difference.  I love the change in angle of the kitchen picture.

Good job with the staging transformations....much improved!!!  I agree that the better photography makes a huge difference in how a room 'shows' on line as well.

The afters definitely have the WOW.  You did a great job.  I love the bedroom.  It's amazing what some accessories and color will do to a room.  I love it.

There is simply no comparison between the drab befores and the fab afters in this home! You have definitely worked your magic. I love how rearranging the furniture in the living and family rooms completely changes the look of those spaces and makes them so much more inviting!
