According to the Orange County Association of REALTORS It's looking like a consenus has been reached in the Senate. Homebuyer Tax Credit to be Extended for buyers under contract by the end of April 2010 (closed by June) and Expanded ($6,500 only) beyond first time buyers if they have owned their current home for five or more years.
