Greg. This is definitely a great resource manual. It may be a good idea to put all the articles together, in one piece you can also mail out to people (or email). Great information.

Thanks Sylvie, That's another good idea. I wanted a link that I can send to both buyers and sellers so these last two posts give me that. I am now promoting them through Twitter, Facebook and Kijiji.

Toula, Nice for you to drop by and check out my blog. Things in NL are pretty busy. We having felt the recession like much of the US or even parts of Canada. I think our prices are developing into a bit of a real estate bubble. Inflation has been a little too fast. I hope is slows down a little.
