The Beverly Hills Real Estate blog Thursday 10-29-09

Thursday  and it's going to be a little warmer.  A high pressure ridge is building over the area meaning a warm up.    High 60's at the beaches and up to mid 70's across the region.

The Phillies hammer the Yankees at home in game 1 of the Fall/Winter Classic.  How about Chad Lee?  Game Two tonight, same time.

The Senate has voted to extend the credit for first time buyers until April next year and also included a credit to people who have lived in their homes more than 5 years.  That should continue to help the market.

Worth  repeating:  IMPORTANT INFORMATION:  Once again another big article in LA Times Business Section about fraudulent Companies offering to assist you in refinancing or restructuring your home loans.  PLEASE read the article or contact your lender personally if you're having difficulty restructuring your loan.

This is a huge scam that has found its way into the real estate business.  Please use caution and call us if you need the name of a reputable lender.

That's it for today, have a great one!
