STRONG GDP REPORT SIGNALS END OF RECESSION - the figures this morning showed at 3.5% increase, which blew the estimates away.  Stocks are up and MBS/Bonds are falling.  Temporary improvement this morning, but may go away later in the day if this trend continues.  Remember, economic growth will mean higher rates.

ARMs DROP  -  I know that most people want fixed rates, but make sure you consider the time the home AND loan will be kept.  If less than 8 or 9yrs, then they should at least look into an ARM, which will save significantly on the interest.  Call/email and I can show you how to compare accurately.

95% CONVENTIONAL LOANS NOW AVAILABLE IN OREGON & WASHINGTON! ... One of our Mortgage-Insurance companies just removed OR/WA from their list of declining markets, which is what has kept us at a lower LTV max.  Now, we can finance Conventional purchases and non-cash refi's to 95% LTV, and cash-out refi's to 85% LTV.  Second homes allowed up to 90% LTV.  This is great news.  Must meet income/credit guidelines.

Nice article with lots of great information that we need daily.  I know this must keep you busy.  Rates are low. It is a great time to buy!

Actually, we have a fantastic pricing engine, so easy to update.  I also have the market news and ticker updates in real time, so easy to keep track.  I've been sending this daily update to hundreds of realtors i work with for years and they forward to clients.  Helps a lot when everyone is informed and on the same page.

Rates are great, and will be heading up as positive economic news continues to come in.  Fantastic opportunity right now!
