Debra, yes, some people go all out.  I was more into Halloween when I took my kid out, but now he's giving candy out himself. :)

Deb, thanks. I like your new photo.  :)

Sylvie - Great tip - have a secret stash of candy to replace the candy your kids bring home.  Also my daughter will be giving out candy this year.  Our children grow up so fast.

Sharon, I always switched the candy.  I guess I'd rather be safe than sorry.
Yes, they do grow up way too fast ...

People seem to be spending more money every year on Halloween decorations.  I'm seeing lots of orange lights everywhere.  I love the spooky music that people put out on their porches.

Thanks for the look at the decorations, Sylvie.  I haven't seen many decorations around town this year.

Sylvie, I wish I were that jazzed about Halloween this year--I used to decorate inside and out!  It's on a Saturday this year and I won't be home most of the day :(

Sylvie, I LOVE Halloween.  Unfortunately, the high-rises in Pelican Bay don't get many children so I and go to a friends house to see the children come to the door.  The little ones are the BEST!  Happy Halloween!

Jenny, some people go all out.  If I were a kid now, I'd be afraid to go through their front yards. :)

Sharon, way too many here.

Carole, I won't be home either ... I hope ... and it's not a day that excites me (never did, but I forced myself, when Alex was younger).

Marcia, this morning, at about 7 a.m., there were all kinds of little butterflies and ladybugs and incredible hulks, etc., walking to school.  It was really cute. :0

Marc, vewey vewey scawy. :)

hi Sylvie,

I love your photos!  We've had approx 21 kids come to our door trick or treating tonight....I think they'll be a lot of left over candy. ((-;

Jo, I wasn't in the mood for trick or treating today, so I curled up on the couch with a book - and didn't have any candy. :(

Liz, I didn't decorate and I was very anti-social.  Turned off all the lights, and curled up with a book.  I hope you wrote up an offer.
