The Lakes looks like it has everything a person could want, including all that great Las Vegas weather.

Wow, more pendings than listings? Is the logjam of short sales showing any sign of easing up?

I like your Las Vegas Communities page. Eventually I may have to do something like that? Can I borrow your idea?

Very tight market, I like to see more of these. I wish we could get to those levels.

Rich: Yes, we are seeing them close, not all at once but they are trickling in at a quicker pace! You may absolutely borrow my community idea RIch!

Richard: No you really don't want to get to those levels! Well I guess as a builder/seller/lister you would want to get to those levels! I just want stability all the time, LOL!
