sorry, what's the point here? Web 2.0 has been around for 4 or 5 years now. ERA stands for Electronic Realty Associates - and they coined that distinction over 30 years ago. Sounds like if your agents haven't been aware of social networking and establishing an internet presence, you have a long way to catch up - and that may be a very hard thing to do!
