We have been posting on videos on youtube and have had some good luck with it. Thought you agents out there looking for something new to do, this has been working for us. Hope all is well out there with all our followers of these blogs. Keep your head up and keep selling, we are going to make it.

How have you been promoting your YouTube videos? How do you create your videos?

Andrew, I'm with Kirsten. I appreciate the tip but would sure like to know more about what you have done with video on Youtube.

We post all our stuff on Youtube, and then they are uploaded to facebook, myspace. We then use Twitter and Twitt about the the new video we just uploaded. We have a website that has over 2000 buyers on it, we have downloaded all these buyers into multipule gmail accounts, and mass mail them the links to promote it. It sounds very time intensive, we have a 16 year old computer kid that does it all for us.

just wanted to come back to this a little. Success... YES... Absolute succes... Calls, Showing, contracts, closing. Great Listing tool. There certianly is a right way and a wrong way to do it.
