Laura.  In most counties the taxes are going to be about 1% of the home value, more or less.  No question about it.  I believe that anyplace is lower than NJ.

Lenn - Looks like there is some good activity in your "neck of the woods".  I like seeing some sales over $1M.  I had to double take the Waterfront in Calvert County photo.  It looks just like Lake Pend Oreille here in Sandpoint.
