Susan - it appears to be of the same vintage and design to one I sold here in Uxbridge recently. The new owners have knocked off an addition that was on the back, are raising it and putting a full basement under it ... I am sure many other updates and renovations will be done as well.

It's all about timing ... finding the right purchaser
