Cruising did me a world of good, Las Vegas agent shares the need for a vacation.

Unlike Las Vegas sellers being under water with their homes.....  this was NO sinking ship.

I'm not sure how all the other millions of Real Estate agents feel right now but for me the vacation I just returned from was the best medicine the Dr. could have ordered.  After years of not having what I call a "real" vacation.  Yes, I've been to Dallas twice to see my sister and her family but I'm talking about a "REAL" vacation..One of which you don't have to do a darn thing if you don't want to.

An agent from my RE/MAX office and a friend of ours went on a girls cruise. One left her husband behind the rest of us single. Some call it the booze cruise.  It sailed from San Diego to Catalina Island then onto Ensenada MX.

Actually, our ship was delayed leaving port which was just fine.  I think the idea of just being on the ship and not having the cell phone attached to my hip, ear or wherever else I find a place to carry it was the most relaxing part of the trip.

We sailed for just a few days, the weather was unbelievably beautiful, the employees on the ship friendly and the people cruising on the ship were fantastic.

Something about cruise ships and real estate agents is a great combo.  The reason for me is no cell phone.

When I stepped foot off of the ship the cell went back on and all is good.  It's great to be back to work... I still close my eyes, breathe and dream of being back on the ship.
