Now google is picking up the listings with interactive maps and photos. Just wondered if anyone has been keeping up with this. I am sure this is in the Beta stages. Wonder what the end game is?

It does have photos but they did not cut and paste.

Eric, I didn't know Google was doing that. Can they legally put an address on a listing without the owner's permission?

Listening to your Needs

I would only guess that now it is considered public domain. Every lead generation company can have the listings as all brokers. I however am not allowed to have it on my site in our MLS system. How fair is that?

this is going to be something interesting to watch from google. It's basically always been there but was buried in google base. They are starting to open things up and get more serious.

Did you see what google is doing with the GPS? They are making the MAPS navigation system for FREE. Stock price of Garmin and TOMTOM dropped big time yesterday.
