Being built just off of Desert Inn and Las Vegas Blvd. at the north end of the Strip is Boyd Gaming's Echelon, a huge mega resort.  The location is on the property (87 acres) that was previously housed by the Stardust and the Budget Suites hotel (which sat directly behind the Stardust).   In addition to 4 hotels there are plans for 25 restaurants, shopping, casinos and much more.
