Thanks to a couple of ActiveRain contests sponsored by Celeste "Sally" Cheeseman and the ARG himself, Bob Stewart, I have been inspired to not only come up with my goals on AR (BEFORE ActiveRain...and NOW...But Since I'm A NEWBIE...What I Hope To ACHIEVE), but also how I will use my blog content to enhance relationships with current and future clients.

Foundation

By the time I am done with this Building A Home blog series, I will be able to provide a wealth of information to anyone interested in purchasing a lot and building a custom home. This will also be a valuable rseource to those who are thinking about remodeling or adding on to their existing home, since I will discuss topics such as cabinets, appliances, flooring, etc.

I've laid out the foundation...now I will build my Building A Home blog series one step at a time. Thanks again to Bob Stewart for inspiring me to take the next step, enticing me with the possibility of 5000 bonus points if he thinks my blog post is worthy! :)

I'm pretty excited about this new project...we have really gained SO MUCH knowledge about the entire home building process that I find it necessary and fulfilling to share our experiences with the world. I agree, Laura...there are a tremendous amount of details that go into building a custom home, especially for "hands-on" people like Bob and I. Even as real estate professionals who have gone through numerous "new home" transactions with developers' tract homes, building a custom home from scratch is a completely different and much more complicated experience! :)
