Big Daddy Minion Is On The Prowl For A House

Which has me completely distracted (LOL). Being a smart Rainer, I asked two smarter Rainers to rep the hubby. :-)

I believe in hiring professionals and getting the hell out of their way once I retain 'em and ask for help. When we are done it is going to be a mad fun blog post. The whole team is from Club Chaos, so, need I say more? (LOL)

Our mortgage broker is a Rainer too, but he barely blogs so I'm mentoring him. He's already working on multiple AR referrals from me and I can't imagine using someone else for my family's project because Dude can close in less than two weeks if you give him what the underwriter needs. I have a need for speed 'cause I wanna impress the hubby. I'm trying to get him to get his license so the RE bet is on (LMAO).

Will Wordy C win it? How can I not with Rainers like you guys at my disposal (ROTFL). :-)

Wanna see what happens if you put a bunch of fun Rainers on a project from multiple states? Hmm... I bet you do. Stay tuned... I will be invading a couple of states to collect some interesting closing escrow eye candy (LOL). Mikey's first social media closing is going to be a real hoot.

I wonder what mine will be like when I get around to it... Yup. Investing the Donald Trump way (LOL). Hope my offer doesn't get the shotgun treatment (LMAO).

In the meantime I have to finish Karen's music spam before my e-mail blows up. Yeah, I know, it's been a couple of days. How dare I work and interfere with my blogging schedule (LOL). Promises, promises... gotta keep the promises. Especially when the projects are mad fun and silly (LOL).

Time to go to work. Will be lurking... ;-)

Wish I could buy a house. We sold everything over the last 2 years. Kept 2 little rentals but I'm getting ready to unload those as well. We will be lean mean and debt free. I can't wait. It will be interesting to read about how this works out for "Papa Wordy" :)

Papa Wordy is gonna make out like a bandit (LOL). Daddy Minion is a very determined virtual buyer. Dude has been staring at the floor plan of his hopefully soon to be acquired Adams home. Been making plans all night with the FL relatives. VERY nice house. They were peeking in windows and grilling the neighbors like a CIA operation. Should have seen the look on his face when they called with their report. Hahahahahaaa! I told Mikey they were gonna go running over there if we gave 'em the address - did he believe me? Noooooo (LMAO). Too bad he didn't believe me. I was looking forward to taking a personal tour next weekend. Now he thinks we don't have to go because they already went. Bummer... Might go anyway just because I can (LOL). Besides, my brick and mortars are watching this with great interest, especially since I am demanding more NY neighbors. Got two girlfriends on the hook to come down and check it out. Told 'em to call my mortgage guy (LOL). ;-)

Barb, it's been mad fun running the paper chase down. Got our package together. Now we get to hurry up and wait (LOL). We want the house so we shall wait on who ever we have to wait on to get an answer. The moment we get an acceptance we're getting out of our Activepeeps way so they can do their stuff. Daddy Minion wants the wee people to have room to run amuck. I second that motion and am on the prowl for more room to run. This is his puppy. I'm trolling for my own bit of mischief off I-95 and dragging some friendly first time buyers along for the ride. Can't leave my fave brick and mortars behind. We are scoping vacation spots (LOL). I'm poking around TX and NC now. I do land. Mikey does houses. Of course, we'll need something to put a brokerage house in. Hmm... guess I may need to get hubby trolling for a store next (LOL). Poor Mikey... his quest has just begun... :-)

Sheldon, absolutely. Mikey is like a kid with a one track mind in a RE candy store. Dude said four things when he picked a house: Call your friends... Where do I sign and what do I initial? Cool. Fax it. That's how he operates. Extremely direct and to the point (LOL). It's a paramilitary thing. :-)

Richard, may have to link back to the floor plan. Dude is obsessed with it. I also have to knock out the balance of the 3.3 acres I'm paying for now in SC. Got some serious work to do. Found a cool company that will do a log cabin for $29K. I always wanted one of those. I need to make some money so I can get my cabin up and running in the wee people fields. :-)

Leslie, very excited and very fascinated with watching hubby plot and plan acquiring his new target. We have land in FL and shall place it in trust for the boys...

Ooooooo... my fave Fresh Meadows spot. We are so going there. Jesse, you have to try the sea bass. Seriously. :-)

I keep meaning to go there, I just can't seem to get past the Bagel Cafe.

They have great bagels and the best iced coffee in Queens.

The ice coffee settles it. I'm going tomorrow before I pick up Susana and start work (LOL). I hope they open early. Gotta get Sana by 8.30 ;-)

I drive by there about 7:30 - 8:00 am and they're always open (except on holidays). Let me know if you liked it.
