Special offer

This Short Sale has hit a snag.

By
Real Estate Agent with Abek Real Estate Slidell, La.

After about 6 weeks of working a Short Sale. I have just found out that the 2nd Mortgage( Real Time Resolutions) has rejected the 1st mortgage's offer. Now what should I do. The 1st does not communicate via e-mail and the 2nd will not pick up the phone, and seems to only e-mail on Fridays. I have a very qualified, and excited buyer. The 1st is HOMEQ Servicing and they have been great. If any one can help I'd sure appreciate it.

Hi Stephen,

Basically, Real Time Resolutions (Dallas) refused the first mortgage's offer of 10%. The first was HomeQ which in my opinion did a great job. End result, the home is now in Foreclosure and has been seized by our local sheriff. The word on the street is that RTR is one of the hardest companies to deal with. Tried to call you but no answer. I am at 985-788-0627 if you have any other questions.

Good Luck,
