Halloween is just around the corner!  Every year I like to give a lot of shout outs to protecting your children. My kids actually like Halloween, but I think that they like the party and the chili afterwards more than the actual trick or treating.  I'm the same way.

However, I'm a NAZI about child protection.  There's a lot of wierdo's out there....and in this world more than ever. Halloween isn't probably as big of a deal for the wierdos, but the time is right and there've been too many horror stories in years gone past.

Keeping the children protected means staying away from wierdos.  Needless to say you need to watch your kids year round....but...without further ado....

Here's one Way to Protect your Child

The Sexual Predator List(s):

These are your kids.  I always check both prior to going on our little Halloween excursion.  Be safe...protect your children.  They're the most valuable assets you have.

Thanks for sharing. Most will not bother to check and never know the danger that lurks in some of the homes with the porch lights on.

Larry, so scary but yet so true.   In all reality, do you REALLY know who your neighbors are

Oh I know...it's so sad that you can't even send a 14-year old out to trick or treat on his own. We roam around with them and watch carefully. I always take the extra step because "what if I didn't and something happened"?

We take our kids over to the big party hosted at the church with petting zoo, face painting, bounce houses, magic shows and Trunk or Treating where the kids go from decorated car to decorated car getting candy.

Growing up a BIZILLION years ago, these would have NEVER been an issue - my parents took my sister and I and we ALWAYS knew the homes we were going to.  It was more WHAT we would GET than WHERE we would GO
