After returning from a week's vacation in Disneyworld, I figured I'd share some of my favorite "spooky" Disney pictures.

Jack Skellington and Zero by Teri Eckholm REALTOR

This first one is a photo I took  of my drawing from the animation class at Disney's Hollywood Studios. It is a picture of Jack Skellington and Zero from Nightmare before Christmas.

Not So Scary Jack O Lantern by Teri Eckholm REALTOR

Here's an evening shot outside the Magic Kingdom after the Not So Scary Halloween party.

Giant Bat by Teri Eckholm REALTOR

And last but not the least scariest by any means, a giant fruit bat photograph from the Animal Kingdom. Pretty scary considering there were no screens on the windows to the exhibit.

Happy Halloween Everyone!

Hi Teri, I really like Pumpkin-Poo!  I don't think the fruit bat would attack you.. unless of course you are a fruit! Happy Halloween!

Vickie--I would agree if they were flying around but it was very sunny and mid-afternoon and they only fly at night so I was safe. :)

William--Just signed up to your new group for photobloggers. Been busy in my market...went on vacation and was showing homes within hours of landing at MCO airport. I won't be able to attend NAR but am certain that you will have lots of pictures to share of all of our AR friends. :)

Tom--Thanks! Step-by-step instructions help loads with drawing. lol I thought the bats were pretty interesting too as I enjoyed reading the book Stellaluna to my sons when they were younger about one of these giant bats. Makes you less afraid of them when you know more about them. Still kind of freaky looking though.

Kryste--Yep! It is as big as it looks in the picture about a foot long! Huge compared to the small brown ones we get in Minnesota.

Debi--Thanks! I had help as they give step-by-step instructions in the animation classes so it was easier than it looks to do. Also, I did join the new group just yesterday! :)

Bill--It was fabulous! We got there just as the weather had cooled off so it was in the 50-60's for the first few days. Floridians were in winter coats but we just had sweatshirts as we are used to those temps. It was 90+ and humid the day we left...not so fun. Hope you have a great time too!

Marney--Thanks...but really it is easy when you follow the directions by the Disney animators. It is one of our favorite activities at Hollywood Studios and you never know who you will get to draw. This year in addition to Jack and Zero we drew Eeyore, Pooh and Pluto. Lots of fun if you have 30 minutes to participate.

Karen--Thanks...I like to draw...as long as it doesn't have to be perfect and it is not a person. I cannot draw faces...people always end up looking like pigs. :)
