Got back from York today dragging a bit. It's a funny thing, as we all know being away from home is not a pleasant experience, however I really love selling real estate so it's a love/hate relationship. I have been showing the units to some wonderful people, and the units are being recieved very well. I am beating my sales goals, and things are overall positive. I guess it's that adrenaline that we get when showing a property. Especially these units, I've got so much invested in these things that I feel at times like are my only focus. The fact that they came out better than I expected is an added bonus.
I am really proud of this project, (can ya tell) and am really having a ball marketing, showing, and selling them. Luckily I have found the best to stay while I am in York. I have to mention the County Inn & Suites by Carlson on St. Charles Way. I am there a few days a week, most every week and I have no intention of looking for a motel anyplace else. The staff and management there are outstanding. I can't recommend them enough.
In any event, just wanted to put my two cents in on the life of a realtor. It's not always a joy as this project has turned out to be, but I still love what I do, and wouldn't trade it.
