Push your limits.  

We only find our boundaries by pushing our limits.  

We live in our comfort zone and by remaining there we will never get more then we currently getting. By staying with the status quo of our comfort zone there is the likely hood that we will digress and lose ground.  

We grow by stretching our limits.  

It's only when we step outside our comfort zone do we find ourselves stretching our boundaries.  

It takes courage to step out of our boundaries and press our limits, when we do we find our true self. As we press our limits we will find that we have been working within self imposed limits. Once we push of limits we remove all boundaries and our opportunities become unlimited.    

Make the commitment and the choice to push your limits.

Lou - Very motivational.  I fully agree.  It's like when they told Roger Banister (sp) that it was physically impossible for a human to run a 4 minute mile.  He pushed his limits until he achieved the sub 4 minute mile.  Great post.
