According to the most recent real estate sales statistics released by MRIS our MLS on October 10, 2009 for September real estate sales, homes in Sterling VA for Loudoun county single family detached homes sold led the pack for home 57 sales.  Some of the appeal in Sterling VA is the location, it is very close in Loudoun County VA and  abuts Fairfax county.  It is also closer to the new Dulles METRO expansion that will start to move towards Dulles Airport in the next few years.
