That tree does look spooky! I think it needs a face on it:-) Here in Sacramento, we have the old City Cemetary, which during this season hosts a few late evening tours. It's a great way to learn a little about the history of our city and some of the early settlers.
Hello Myrl, perhaps there is a "face" in that tree somewhere but, it was so tall and I could not get myself high enough with the camera to explore all the angles (I had to stand on a guardrail to get that shot!) John
Hello Steve, I think that large tree is a non-native, as the large broken branches don't look like they're designed for the occassonial wet and heavy snow (or ice) we get every few winters. Makes for a very ominous looking tree! Thanks. John
It's nice to see someone else who likes to hang out in cemeteries. I love to take my dog to them and she gets to run free without any traffic or people or dogs. How do you like these trees I saw in a nearby cemetery?
