Wow, what can you buy a 1 bed, one bath condo for in the area?
There are currently no townhomes or condos in the City of Maricopa, AZ. It mostly comprised of newer built subdivisions of single family-detached homes. The city was incorporated in 2003 and is growing. Maybe in the near future townhomes and condos will be available in Maricopa. If so, you will be able to find out here! Thanks for your reply.
