30 year - 4.875%
15 year - 4.375%
7/1 arm - 3.875% *Rate is fixed for 7 years at 3.875%, pay 2 pts and get a 3.25% rate!
5/1 arm - 3.625%

Jumbo programs($417K and up):

30 year - 5.625%
5/1 arm - 4.875%

FHA/VA:

30 year - 5.0%
15 year - 4.5%
5/1 Arm - 3.75%
