West Chester Borough is a college town and a wonderful place to visit.  Thursday night was the annual Halloween Parade.  Words just can't do this town justice as a place for families and friends to gather to celebrate life. I'll let the pictures do the talking!

The marching bands from all 3 high schools and West Chester University were in attendance!!

Various color guards and cheerleaders...

Adults and children alike were in costume... Santa even made an appearance, although he looked a bit peaked.

State Senator Dinniman along with his dog and Representative (my all time favorite) McIlvaine Smith were also in attendance!

My son Max and his friends enjoyed it immensely!

I always enjoy going to events in West Chester borough.  If you have never been there, it's worth the trip!

I love the fat baby.  I love costume gatherings.  Such fun.  And while I've never heard of a "Halloween Parade" I love the idea.

Tammy, it really is a great time!

Sheldon and Jason, I agree, but in person, you would realize that Santa is a very thin woman!  What is up with that??

Susan, I loved all the pictures.  It was so cold and rainy here we didn't go into the City but they always have one heck of a Halloween Parade.

Susan,

What a wonderful place to live!  Makes me want to move.  I enjoyed your profile with pictures of your beautiful family.  I love the way you positioned the pictures on this post... I am new to the rain so did you do a post on how to create pictures like that?  I would love to learn that technique.

Thanks for connecting on facebook and the social media group.

Hi all, my email has been haywire these last few days and I wasn't getting email notifications.  Thanks for all the comments.

Russell, I will get to Austin one day, just to visit you!

Richard, halloween was rainy here and pretty quiet!~

Chris and Stephanie, thanks!  Are you two going to Triple Play or the Re/MAx convention?  I'd love to meet you both.

Carole, out luck held out that nigh with the weather.

Janice, I'm hoping we can get together next week!

Robby, I usually, grudgingly, dress up as something, but now that Max won't allow me to walk around with him, he's taken all the fun out of it!

Jay, I think Santa has some gender issues to deal with along with his eating disorder!

Carra, I uploaded the pics to Microsoft publisher and then saved them as a group picture and then posted them on AR.  Does that make sense?  I'm no expert on anything, but if you'd like to talk to me about it, just call my cell!

There oughtta be a law against anybody dressing up like Santa Claus if they weigh less than 200 pounds.

This is so cool Susan, and I love the tons of photos. I have never heard anywhere of a Halloween parade. Very great for your area. Love the guy dressed up as a baby with the diapers. Was Richard Weisser visiting in town and having some fun with the locals? Just kidding.
