My partner and I listed three lots owned by one of the Premier Developers in Florida. This development goes from US1 to the East all the way to the Intracoastal Waterway. This first lot has not been cleared so it does not show in the picture the true majestic view. In the picture you can see the marsh and when standing on the lot you can see the Intracoastal Waterway on the far side of the marsh. It is a gorgeous site to stand there and watch the boats go past.
