We are already done! That went fast. Our little guy - I mean Elmo - had a blast learning the ropes of Trick-or-Treating. He was very cute and kept on saying just treeeeat, and thank you.

He was very excited to realize that if you knock on the doors people give you candy. Hope he doesn't want to try that again tomorrow.

Ok I have to admit mommy and daddy are going to eat most of the candy (LOL). He throws up if he eats too much sugar.

Rita your little Elmo is way too cute. We have 8 grandchildren and Halloween is a big deal around my house. All I can say is all the little ones were cutie pies, but I'm glad it's over for this year.

He is so cute!!!  Is that snow I see?  I'm thankful to be in TN where we only get about 2 inches a year.

Tammie - yes that's what's left of the 24+ inches we got a few days ago...

Charles - LOL Brian actually wore the head piece of a dragon costume that the Elmo guy refused to wear...

Rita,

Totally cute.  It's crazy to be out trick or treating in the snow.

Hi Rita. Adorable! Tonight I tallied 55 children who stopped by at my house. ~ Lana

Lana - WOW, that's a lot of kids! Most houses around our neighborhood now leave a bowl of candy out on the porch while they are out - including us - so not sure how many stopped by. Some kids ran the doorbell after 9PM! A little too late I would think.

Rita - he is really a cutie. Halloween is such a fun time for the kids, although the grownups seem to enjoy it pretty well. While I am a big candy fiend, I am pretty happy that we don;t have any hanging around. I would just eat it all.

Ms Rita,

I had a good halloween too but would only accept nuts. That limited the take,

I am glad the show went on in the snow!  When my son was 14 months they cancelled Halloween in Omaha because of a couple of inches of snow!

Last night I had one similar to Elmo.  We were sitting on the curb of our street (it was another beautiful Halloween night - we got lucky with two in a row) and the little guy (a dog) was running across the street with eye contact on us saying "treat treat treat".  His parents admonished him for not saying trick or treat but we sure heard it over and over :)

I love this holiday for the cute little tots!

Brrrrr you guys have snow for Halloween.  That sure makes it hard for the little ones to get around.  But I"m sure it doens't even cross their minds cause is SOOOOO EXCITING.  I love watching the little ones faces light up!

What a cutie Rita!  We had lots of trick or treaters and I have eaten way too much candy this week-end.
