The emphasis is on video and it is also on 'dream' real estate.   Currently, there are about 30 categories to fit your property into.   

Besides the ability to post your properties with images and video, you can post an image of yourself , a promotional blurb and a video about yourself and services. 

It also has extensive searching criteria, including by city, state, zipcode, country, transaction status, price, beds, baths, property type, category and keywords.  

The members option allows for users to search for you by city, state, zipcode and country.  Your promotional piece will be displayed and the user can contact you directly. As stated, there is no charge for the service.
