Tick Tock, Tick Tock it's time to change your clocks at 2:00a.m. on November 1st, 2009.   It will be time to turn your clocks back 1 hour.  Fall back into Daylight Savings Time.

If you're in the United States, it applies to you unless you're in Hawaii and some parts of Arizona. Those are the only two states that don't observe Dayllight Savings Time.

Officially, it's all part of a system to reduce electricity usage by extending daylight hours.
