I received an email about Vflyer asking for "stars" who use their service in unique ways. I use Vflyer every day in my business, so wanted to share.
Here are the TOP 5 WAYS you can astonish, astound and just plain impress your prospects and other agents using Vflyer.
ONE. Use the gallery tool on your website and blog to show the latest listings and even classified ads. I hired many contractors and even an employee using Vflyer. TIP: Try the larger gallery on your site and the more slim one for blog posts. (My gallery justifies left even though the HTML has the gallery centered, so I am looking into that).
TWO. Send your listings gallery to agents, vendors and others as a monthly touch. Vehicles include own enewsletter or the Vflyer email tool. TIP: Regularly ask your SOI bookmark your Vflyer gallery to stay updated on all of your latest listings . This can be especially helpful for off-market or pre-market listings!
THREE. I haven't seen this one yet, but it's a cool idea. Point a more memorable domain to your Vflyer listing page. VFlyer provides a third level domain for instance, http://texas.vflyer.com, but market with a domain that's easier to remember, such as AustinHomeShopper.com. TIP: Go a step further by creating classified ads for your vendor partners so your prospects can see them when they visit your listings page. This is a great way to cross-promote since they can point buyers to your domain as well.
FOUR. Use your Vflyers to advertise open houses. When I am ready for an open house, I post the flyer on Craigslist and also send to agents and buyers as the invitation. TIP: This is a good strategy because my Craigslist doesn't flag the open house as a duplicate listing since it's advertising your open house. You want as many buyers as possible to see your listing and it's great to do an open house a week so the ad stays at the top. I'm not sure if the rules will change, but so far, it's been great!
FIVE! Use the text message (SMS) feature! Not many agents use the text message capability of Vflyer, which allows you to send a text message flyer to the cell phones of potential buyers. TIP: Use in combination with CellSigns! When a buyer receives their text message about your listing, respond via Vflyer instead of just sending a regular text message.
Remember that Vflyer is FREE, but I'd recommend that you get the upgrade once you're sure you will use the tool in your business. There won't be any ads and you'd also get to use more live flyers.
