Time To Move To Dallas Fort Worth, Pat O'Reilly Real Estate Agent...

Dallas Fort Worth pre-owned home prices declined the least of the twenty major cities according to the recent Standard & Poors report. Pre-owned home prices were down just 1.2% in August 2009, the smallest decline in almost two years. On a positive note the report shows a month to month increase for the 6th month!! Dr. James Gaines, economist at Texas A&M states that things seem to be headed in the right direction but we will not know for sure for another several months. In other words...Maybe..hopefully..probably....

Denver had the smallest decline after Dallas Fort Worth..

Hi Pat:  That's great news for Texas !  Las Vegas - Ouch!  But I have no doubt that these markets will turn around.  It's interesting to see where Atlanta fell out in all of this even though North Georgia Mountains are not in the Atlanta market.

It is a slow turn around Pat, but looks like it may finally be coming.  Good luck.

Pat, it must feel great to be in an area that is pretty much stable.  I hope it holds for you.
