Removal of your non-leaking underground oil tank may not be as painful as you think, you may qualify for financial assistance!

At the time of writing this blog NJEDA offers assistance to qualified NJ residents to remove their non- leaking oil tank. I have personally recommended this to one client so far and it worked. 

I had a client that was trying to sell their home and they had an underground oil tank, as we all know, an underground oil tank makes a sale very difficult, so I looked around to see if there was any financial assistance for the removal of their tank. Not only is there a program for the removal, but there may be assistance in replacing the old tank with an above ground oil tank! (However you must qualify)
