This market report covers the single family Detached and Semi-Detached homes in the 20906 zip code of Silver Spring Md., excluding the senior citizens community of Leisure World for which there is a separate posting.  At this time (11/1/09) there are 78 homes on the market in the 20906 zip code of Silver Springs Maryland.
