This year in Las Vegas has been the year to scratch your head about. Many people are so confused on what happened and what is going to happen in our Real Estate market.. The other day I spoke with an REO agent in my office and he said he has a bunch of foreclosures coming on the market next month. These are the quietest months in real estate in Vegas, winter months.But finally there maybe something for the buyers who have been waiting and waiting for more homes to be released.
For every home on the market there are 4 buyers in Las Vegas. it's been all year that 3/4 of the buyers are cash buyers which puts a lot of first-time home buyers out of the league.. Hopefully, with the release of more homes buyers and agents will be able to find what home owners really want rather than having to wait or to settle on a property they really don't want.
Summerlin, Green Valley, Henderson, Sun City, North Las Vegas, SW part of the valley are ready for more homes to be released. Ready, set, go... let's get these neighborhoods back and running again.
