Hi Andrew, I watch your videos all the time. They're good. Just showed my honey the recent one "You Look Good In Orange". He loved the first property. Said he could live the rest of his life. He gets mad because we can't quite get there yet. Says "Why do you show me that". When I comment however they seem to get lost. He is on way up to Maine today. We are usually there almost every Sunday. Some day I will surprise him with a Christmas present of a Hunting Lodge (hope he is not 80). See you in Vacation Land.

Thanks for the kind words on Maine. I have never never met anyone from RI I did not warm up to, did not feel friendly too. Neat little state! Just an awful lot of people.

Hi, Andy...Folks from Arizona moving to Maine? That's interesting! Used to be just the opposite but there will probably be more of that as people get tired of high taxes, high crime rate, too much traffic etc. elsewhere. There aren't many places left like your neck of the woods!

I've been to Tuscon for a week and went down in to Nugales (spelling) and thru Rio Rico and it was nice. Dry hot but no humidity and real Mexican/Southwest food. Yum Yum!
