Hello again.  I just thought I'd drop in and see how everyone is doing.  I just got back home from a trip to Seattle.  I'm not going to write a lot at this time (still tired-lol)  However, I wanted to remind everyone how lucky we are in the midwest.

The home prices here are so moderate in price in comparrision with the homes out west.  We all have our gripes and complaints, but sometimes you need to sit back and count your blessings. 

Lower home prices is a big one!  At least it is in my book!
