<p><strong>Thank You ActiveRain!</strong> My family of colleagues, mentors & friends. You will have my gratitude forever!  It has been a wonderful journey with such talented and amazing people! I joined ActiveRain on July 12, 2007 and embarrassed to say, didn't make my first post until August 1, 2008. My next post was February 2009. I raised the bar and made 3 posts in April 2009. Lol! My posts were booted off of many groups for posting the wrong information to the incorrect group. It didn't take long to figure that one out! <img title="Activerain " src="/image_store/uploads/2/8/6/8/3/ar125710799338682.jpg" height="160" alt="ActiveRain" width="360" style="margin: 10px; float: left;" />I guess you need to crawl before you can walk. I finally got it this year in March. <p>In the last month or so, I have received 2 listings and 2 sales from my blog.  Today I received 3 phone calls just . One listing appointment and 2 buyers. ActiveRain is just so amazing! So again, I want to thank all of the ActiveRain members who have helped me along the way.
