Put 40 years of experience to work for you

Oh, man, must mean the buyer flaked out. Gosh, I hate it when you go through all that work -- and make no bones about it, a short sale is a lot of hard work for an agent -- and the buyer has a change of heart. I had a buyer yesterday cancel on a deal where we received approval last week and he's been sitting in escrow for 2 1/2 months. All of a sudden he decided he could not afford to make improvements to the home, yet he hasn't been back there since he wrote the offer. Lame excuse.

Oh, well, we just sell it again, don't we Chris Ann?

Judi:  Now I just need a buyer.  Our original buyer walked.

Elizabeth:  Yep.  Sell a house three or four times...that's the name of the game.  Sorry to hear about your buyer bailing on you.  So frustrating.
