Marketing on Social Websites Facebook

I have very recently started using Facebook stricktly for marketing myself.  In doing so I realized just how many of my friende/associates didnt know that I was a Real Estate agent.  I will post random things regarding Real Estate as well as my Real Estate career.  I will also post my listings and closings. 

My main objective it to keep my name in mind whenever any of my over 500 Facebook friends think of Real Estate.  I figured that eventually some business would come from this.  I only took about a month in a half before I got my first real lead form Facebook.  I am actually set to close on my first Facebook lead later this week.

If you ar not already doing so I would suggest that you look int using Facebook as well as other online social sites to market.  So many people are on these sites and it is totally free advertising.  Why not?
