I posted Hottober in Daytona Beach - Florida and it was a teaser for the  guys in colder places. When you are shivering, then reading about 80+ Daytona Beach weather and leisurely warm waters of the Atlantic was not a nice reminder from me... Sorry, guys. I simply can't help it.

Tom Btraatz' dog LarsTom Braatz from Wisconsin commented on it and here's what he wrote "maybe we should get you to find Lars and I a home in Florida and then would be really a great thing for him to bask in the sun".

First I wanted to send Tom the Buyer Broker Agreement, but then stopped as I did not know who  was going to be my client. It is obviously for Lars...

Here's Tom's patriotic dog Lars.

How often we think that dogs are our best friends? Are they? I think this is us, who are their best friends.

Many people call them our babies. But are we the bosses? Or we only think we are?

Of course, they love us dearly... and our hearts melt. They know our weaknesses, and they take us the way we are. Great. But if we are really their Masters, then why do we pick up the poop?

Inna's dog BrunoI do not have a dog (yet). My daughter has. So, Bruno (on the left) is not my baby. But he licks me, I am still a relative... who does not pick up the poop

Missy MacGregor the scottish terrier in my life  Hello Jon, Missy MacGregor is a traditional Scottish Terrier. In case you don't know, they are very stubborn dogs. It is often said that they have very well trained owners.

She did so love chasing the bunnies in our old neighborhood in Vero Beach. We had lots of bunnies (and squirrels) as Vero beachside homes tend to be on large parcels with mature landscaping and places for them to live.

She loves our weather in Northern CA though. South Florida gets pretty dang hot!

Hi Jon,
That was entertaining and made me LOL. I think you are right about the Maste idea. We do pick up the poop. We are their slaves and we love them so much we overlook the title and just take in stide. Having lost both my little ones , I miss them so much. They completed me as a person. And I have been out and looking around . I think I am am type that need them as much as they need me.

William - thhey simply allow us to keep the title, even though it is against every bit of reality.

What is it? Slavery with honey?

Gary - we are coming home to sleep, and that would not be fair to any dog or cat. But I hope that we soon will be more at home, at least one of us, and then we will be ready to pick up the poop

Jon

Now Lars says it is time soon for Jon to send that Buyer agency; enough of this cold weather stuff. Jon, you keep working on Tom; he will cave when it gets to be 20 below zero for a week straight.

Lars - you got yourself a deal. Just keep warm and do not lay on the cold concrete, will ya?
