Five single family home went under agreement in the last week.  The first was a 4 bedroom cape on Mechanic Street.  Then there was a 3 bedroom ranch on Lovering Street, a 4 bedroom colonial on Pheasant Run and a 4 bedroom cape on Summer Hill Road.  Lastly, there was a 4 bedroom colonial on Cedar Farms Road.

Two single family homes sold in the past week.  The first was a 4 bedroom colonial on Fisher Terrace that sold for $425,000.  The other was a 4 bedroom colonial on Cider Mill Road that sold for $465,000.

There are currently 8 condos on the market in Medway.  The condo average list price is $319,000 with an average price per square foot of $154.  Average time on market is 178 days.  No new condos came on the market last week in Medway.  Two condos sold this past week.  They were both new construction condos on Pine Ridge Drive.  The first was a 3 bedroom townhouse that sold for $410,000.  The other was a 2 bedroom townhouse that sold for $425,000.

There are five multi-families on the market in Medway. Average list price for multi-families is $300,000 with an average time on market of 201 days.  There has been no movement in the multi-family market this past week.
