My what low prices. That is unbelievable! What does a $12,900 house look like?

Judi.............. you will have to click on the link to find out, sister............ REMEMBER... these are homes that were a LOT more expensive 3 years ago........ the real estate market being what it is now... 3 years ago, compared to NOW...... investors are getting GREAT DEALS !!

Those are great prices. And your post looks great! I love the layout... very professional. I guess things are going well in your new locale? How's the weather? =P

Lisa........ you silly girl you....... while YOU are enjoying sunny and warm weather,
all the palm trees and the endless green that is part of the semi-tropical weather
in Florida, I am enjoying seeing the seasons change, with trees brushed all hues
of red, orange, and green changing colors heralding the coming of autumn.

I missed that, to tell you the truth. The ONLY thing I am NOT going to like is ice, and
wind whipped blowing snow. There will be a LOT of it here.

I am already getting used to the cooler days. It just an adjustment for my body. I grew
up in Syracuse, N.Y. so it is not too difficult for me.

Florida weather has always been a trade off for me. I LOVED the fact that it rarely
dipped below 40 degrees. I HATED the fact that there was barely a change of
seasons.

The trees NEVER changed colors, even if some of them did shed leaves. That made
the change of seasons kind of a rip off for me.
