Places in Beaufort to purchase Licenses:

• Grayco (local hardware store, located on Ladys Island)
• Wal-Mart
• K-Mart 
• Beaufort Boat and Dock Supply (located in Port Royal)

Online is probably easiest because you can order all at once and get it mailed directly to you.
