I need HELP

I have a client buying a foreclosed property which Wells Fargo is requesting a pre-approval... client already has a pre-approval from their mortgage of choice... I cannot seem to get anywhere with ANY Wells Fargo home mortgage associates to get this pre-approval.. need it by 5 pm tomorrow or client loses deal!

Call Wells Fargo and ask to talk to the manager. They should be able to get someone on this.

I would also contact the listing agent and let them know that Wells is not responding.

I had a similar situation where I couldn't get anyone to call me back. Try asking the listing agent who their Wells loan officer is. It worked for me - I had the pre-approval the same day.

Have contacted the listing agent and have that info. Still nothing.

MJ - You're singing to the choir. Been there, done that. Just recently, I also had a client who needed a WF pre-approval in order to make an offer on an REO (that wasn't a WF owned property - go figure). Anyway, I ended up spending two days calling eight different WF reps before I finally got one to call me back and get my client pre-approved. Good grief! What a bunch of jerks!

I never did get a pre-approval from Wells Fargo. No return phone call after leaving messages. No response to emails. The buyers decided it was too much work to get the deal done. No Sale.
