I really love old weather beaten barns. Imagine how that faded siding would pop with a new red tin roof. Beautiful photo, Karen.

Karen, you mentioned that the barns wood would be more valuable than the building and I would agree with you. I bought a house that the previous owner had installed weathered barn wood on some of the walls. I later remodeled and sold off all the barn wood in the three digit range.

I have a buyer looking for a double garage. That just might work.

Lovely photo, Karen. I am just so amazed at all the rustic photos you come up with in Northern Virginia. I envision it as very populated with lots of urban sprawl and suburbs.

Sharon It is hard to believe there is much open land until you make an effort to find it and It appears :)
