The past few days I’ve seen a dozen or so articles written about the $8,000 tax credit and a few have been featured here on Active Rain. Recently, I’ve read blogs about Real Estate Teams, both very great articles with their own views and it actually inspired me to write about this very subject here, “An Inspiration”.

My inspiration came within the comment section. One of the authors commented that it would have been appreciated if the writer wrote an inspiring comment within the author’s blog. I have seen within the comment sections of various blogs great comments, which could have been easily its own blog post. Commenter’s are often very passionately about a subject whether they agree or disagree and neglect writing their own blog post. Why not share this very same topic with your own readers?

I would love to see bloggers write their own blog post when they have a different point of view or expanding on this very same topic. Primarily, we are real estate agent graving for discussions and topics on real estate. This is how we learn and share our knowledge with our readers who are from all different parts of the country and world.

I ask myself this question before I start writing a post: Who do I want to reach out to?
