My name is Michele Talbot and I am new to Active Rain.  This seems to be a great place to network and learn a lot about the real estate industry.  I work out of EXIT Realty Associates in Lords Valley,PA where we focus on clients in Pike and Wayne counties.  I relocated to Hawley which is in the Lake Wallenpaupack area of Northeast PA, almost two years ago with my husband  and two daughters from Wallingford,CT, before that we lived in a highrise co-op in Yonkers,NY.  This gives me a better understanding of the added stress and anxiety house hunters relocating from out of the area and we do have many people moving to the area to take advantage of the beautiful outdoors, award winning school districts, low taxes and affordable home prices.  I never would have thought we would end up in the Pocono Mountains but plan on staying for a very long time.
