It is that time of the year again! Preoccupied, darting deer and inattentive, texting drivers can be a dangerous mix. Thanks for the reminder, Karen.

Debbie They are that - we see them all the time in Lake Ridge - we have 1,100 acres of wooded common ground that abuts the Occoquan Reservoir property

Karen--I had to dodge several of these lcritters on Halloween. Four in our yard, one on the side of the road (this one was the most frightening as I almost didn't see it) and two more a couple of hours later on the side of another road. Nice pictures!

Karen, good reminder! We see two or three fresh ones every morning, people need to realize that we really do share the road with other things!

We really need to be careful around here as well. They love to dart out from the woods unannounced!
