Eric, what a charming home.....what is the pricing on these homes?

Gosh I love New Orleans and I truly enjoy coming back again and again to your blog. Another lovely cottage, to boot.

Barbara, what makes these homes expensive is the lot value of about 200k plus. So about 350-400k. If the house gets too old or small it gets torndown.

Dedra, Come on over and you can go with me one day while I am showing. I cna then go to Fairhope. I have a cousin Warner Wiggins who lives there. I have a condo in Orange Beach as well., just never seem to get over there.
